Not for the people seeking an easy job or slack. You will be challenged.

The people I work with are great. We have bonded over common concerns and obstacles. Everyone helps one another.

The pay is below standard for this area, management is always looking for something to cut and it usually effects the employees, management is rarely on the same page with each other and that makes taking direction hard, management promotes employees calling each other out on mistakes in front of everyone, if you make a mistake you have to buy donuts for the office (ridiculous).
