      It’s Great pay great benefits without OT and working 40 hours weekly you can bring home $145k annually.

      Cons

      Have to know people and have a good reputation to stay employed and working. If you don’t know the right people it doesn’t matter how hard you work you’ll get laid off.

      Learn a skill you can take wherever. Numerous oppportunities as a journey level electrician. Meet new people. Great benefits and pay.

      People... should I say more. Competitive. Nepotism, favoritism. Steady work based on market trends/Contracts.

      Work is good, if and when you can get it.

      Cons

      It's a good ol' boys club for all the cool kids. If you're not in the club, work is minimal at best. The people at the hall get paid GF pay and they tell you to "bid aggressively" whatever that means. No work, no benefits, and they live by sales pitch.
