Pros
Honestly, IP Fabric is one of those places where you’ll grow a lot — sometimes because of the opportunities, and sometimes because of the challenges. Things move quickly, priorities can shift, and you definitely have to be okay with change. But you also get to work with genuinely kind, smart people who care about what they’re building and how they treat each other.
What I really like is that the company doesn’t pretend to have everything figured out. There’s room to speak up, try things, and learn (even when they don’t go as planned). Leadership actually listens, which makes a big difference.
It’s not a fit for everyone — if you prefer a super-structured, steady environment, you might find it a bit chaotic. But if you like autonomy, collaboration, and a culture that’s human and down-to-earth, you’ll probably love it here.
Pros:
• People who genuinely care
• Leadership that listens and adapts
• Real opportunities to shape things and learn
• Culture that values authenticity over perfection
Cons
• Fast pace and changing priorities
• Still finding the right balance between structure and flexibility
