10yHi Agent! I'm so sorry you've had such a negative experience with Ideal Concepts! Obviously we have a lot of very happy agents here- in fact, our retention of in house agents is about 98%. It says you're a current employee, which is very upsetting; we try very hard to cater to our agents and make sure they are successful. Our goal is to provide great marketing and sales technology because we don't prosper unless our agents do!
