Management is based on games and dishonesty. The systems are fragmented and piecemeal with few formal resources to access and you are left to the mercy of the gamers who have been coached to think they are the most important part of the company, while other very capable, inteligent team players get beat up because they aren't as easily manipulated into doing things that could put thier license at risk and expose them to being easily scapegoated.
