Pros
I worked for Intelligent Medical Objects for over 10 years. With previous management, the company was great to work for. Management was involved in the employee culture and product education. fair salaries, great teamwork between teams, product innovation competitions, comfortable work environment etc. Management encouraged health, exercise, eating right, expanding employee interests. Was also very open to employee suggestions.
Cons
After original management left, new management made changes, which is common, but the company and staff suffered for it. Loads of problems with product software releases, unhappy customers. Management changed proceesses without anticipating what the effects would be and did not care to hear the consequences. Was very obvious it also practiced ageism.
