Pros

Good for what it was. Easy, repetitive work. Stable hours.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities, as there isn’t a wide variety of roles within imaging.

Pros

They upped their 401k match program

Cons

non-union. Put you on any route they desire no matter how many years you have been there. Non cdl drivers get $2 less an hr & also 1% less of an annual raise if you're lucky for doing the same exact thing as a cdl driver. They can change your route in a dime. Sometimes fill in route that's from a different building/facility from a different area that may be paid more per hr. but you will still get your same payrate. Doesn't matter how many years/experience you will have with the company, you'll still get paid & treated like a newbie. Management only worries about their numbers. Positive they get bonuses. Regular hourly employees use to, not anymore. Union! Union! Union!
