Corporate Office Staff - Anonymous employee Irwin Industries Employee Review

Horrible place to work for. Upper management doesnt care about anyone, you ever speak up about anything and they turn against you till they weave you out. you will end up quitting or they fire you. The rest of the staff isnt any better, think of high school but with grown adults. Everyone hooks up with everyone which turns into drama. They paint a pretty picture but after just a few months you want to shoot yourself and wonder why you even took the job in the first place. This is not a place you want to work for, all hard work goes unappreciated and raises and promotions never happen.
