Micromanagement was pervasive, contradictory standards between what was preached and practiced were openly tolerated, and aggressive sales expectations were routinely repackaged under the guise of ‘behaviors’ — a thinly veiled attempt to mask quota-driven pressure as a cultural framework. Most critically, a medically necessary leave of absence for mental health challenges — directly attributable to the organizational environment — was met with swift and telling action upon my return, raising serious questions about this company’s true commitment to employee well-being and federally protected leave rights.
