Pros
Most of the staff are friendly and easy to get along with.
Cons
At first I thought the culture of the company was great. Boy, was I fooled. Turns out management doesn’t practice what they preach and they’re fakes. They put up a big front that they care about charity and causes, yet they’re just looking to be present at events to get photos taken shaking hands and looking like they’re doing something to help the world. The general work environment is extremely hostile; more so than it appears initially. My impression was that senior management makes too much money, and also drive the advisors into a money hungry approach. Most advisors are just looking to manage as many people’s money as they can; they don’t care much about the interpersonal aspect of it. Clerical employees are not paid competitively. Senior management is non-confrontational and forces middle management to do their bidding.
