      Pros

      Working with kids as an event nanny is always fun. We play a lot of games and there's always another nanny for backup. Every event is different!

      Cons

      Every event is very different, I personally enjoy this aspect, other might not.

      Pros

      I've worked with Jovie Newport Beach since 2022. I started as an on-call nanny and worked my way up into administration. I am now in charge of recruitment, event coordination, and general management. I love the company culture and encourage families to use our services and for potential nannies to apply! I have met many great people through the Jovie network! It has been great!

      Pros

      I love working for Jovie. The flexible schedule, the community and the families are amazing! I like that one day I could be providing in-home care and the next I could be caring for kiddos at a wedding!

      Cons

      Some families can be difficult but the managers help you with any uncomfortable situations or conversations. No cons at all!
