I couldn't have landed a better job out of college. I am so thankful for all of the knowledge and opportunities Just Solutions has given me. Welcoming environment and great people to work with. Management is supportive and truly wants to see you succeed. I love being a part of this team and am excited to see the company continue to grow.

It was a short commute and a paycheck.

I worked here for multiple years and it is a very Toxic work environment. The owner has anger management issues and takes them out on his employees. the owner is loud and obnoxious and constantly speaks with employees condescendingly. Extremely high rate of turnover due to the owners poor management/people skills. If you're unsure of a policy or operational procedure (this company has none in writing) and ask a question or if an employee makes any kind of mistake, they will be either terminated or constantly threatened with termination and this is done in front of your peers to make you look bad. Owner puts blame on everyone but himself Poor or no Training is offered. Complete lack of business ethics. VERY TOXIC WORK CULTURE
