Pros
Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with how Justworks is run as a business. The environment encourages hard work and grit, but is also incredibly flexible and trusting of its employees. Micromanaging supervisors are not a thing here. Company objectives are clear and help us stay on track to work cohesively. Additionally, upper management is incredibly accessible and people here seem to integrate feedback without hubris or egos getting in the way. It's a great product with a lot of energy behind it. The unlimited snacks, company outings, and other team building activities are icing on the cake.
Cons
Long hours if you're working hard, but that comes with the territory.
