Owners have no clue what they are doing. They should be dominating the eyewear industry but do not know how to run a business. Do not know how to treat there employees which is causing everyone to hand there notice in. Company values and direction keep changing because they do not know what they want. Company values change from delivering a great service to hard selling. ( I wonder why?) Allot of dream selling with no end goals In seconds, the owners will cut you from your role if they get board of you. Commission taken away ( I wonder why?) Used to get free glasses but stopped.
