      Pros

      The environment is positive and management believes in real stories beyond "if it bleeds it leads." You'll learn a lot alongside a tight-knit, welcoming group.

      Cons

      Not many I can think of. Pay is market value, which is low for a new reporter. But that's what you sign up for when you get into the business.
