Working Saturdays isn’t ideal for me

The only real pro to this company are the "blue collar" guys in the shop. Working with most of them is great.

Almost everything else about this dealership is a con. You have to work long hours. They do not give any raises, even the ones they claim for tech training. They constantly over promise to customers and expect the service department to deliver. There is no understanding or accountability. If you are on the sales team or management, you are golden. Any other position, they treat you like yesterdays trash.
