      - Diversity of work/projects within gaming - Expansion into the US Market & growth for US team - Amazing & friendly co-workers, no micro managers spotted - Hybrid work accomodations - Good laptop provided & opportunity to travel depending on your team

      Cons

      - If you're not a big gamer, you may feel lost at times. - Very fast paced - Client relations can be stressful, but that is sometime that comes with being agency

      Lack of care and consideration of employee well being. Over promise and under deliver. Over work for little pay and resources. Lack of leadership and professional development
