Pros
Large amounts of time spent outdoors, some autonomy is given, many of the staff are wonderful people, free gym membership, schedule is very flexible.
Cons
Management has no idea what they are doing, micromanagement is common and seems to be the preferred method of management, expectations are higher than they need to be, management does not understand the idea of 'out of the office'.
