Pros
The people are awesome! We respect each other and the team work is very cooperative. Kargo is like a "hidden gem" as a start up company to learn and get extraordinary experiences with colleagues from various countries.
Cons
For companies that have relatively few employees, the workload is heavy. This company actually has the ability to recruit more new employees, but it's such a difficult thing to do because of the lack of publicity. At the same time people often resign even though they haven't been in this company long enough. Also the majority of the employees are millennials, so their enthusiasm really demands that we have to work harder all the time.
