I wish the salary were a bit higher

The administration has zero respect for professors. Not sure if it is jealousy or resentment, b/c the profs don't have a 9-5 schedule, but Kean is an awful place to work. NO LOYALTY to the professors. Student complaints are treated as of the utmost importance, w/ no attempt to determine credibility. No faculty parking, low pay. It's like being an adjunct for life. Not at all a progressive or intellectual environment, as the ultra conservative, old money Kean family truly runs things. Kean attempts to win students by never saying no. Students park in the faculty lot, with impunity b/c admins arrive at 9am, and do not care if students fill the faculty lot- admins have already parked. Clerks from every bs department will reprimand you for not watching the "training" videos they post. HR is composed entirely of former students, and they will haul you in for anything, and berate you. THE WORST PLACE TO WORK.
