Pros

Kennedy International has such a positive and inclusive work environment, and there is never a time where I don't feel supported by my team members. The management at Kennedy International provides clear communication and genuinely cares about the well-being of employees. There is also a very collaborative team environment here that works seamlessly together. Overall, my Product Development internship at Kennedy International has been an amazing experience, while teaching me many valuable skills and insights in a real-world business environment.

Cons

The only downside would be working mostly remote, as I enjoy being able to communicate face-to-face and getting immediate feedback.

Pros

You have Jewish holidays off.

Cons

This company has serious issues with management and workplace culture. Favoritism is very apparent, and it directly impacts fairness, morale, and growth opportunities for employees. There are also deeply concerning situations involving employee conduct that have not been handled appropriately. Individuals with credible complaints against them are still allowed to remain in the workplace, which creates an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for others. Instead of addressing these issues transparently and responsibly, leadership tends to ignore them—very much an “out of sight, out of mind” approach. Management consistently sets unrealistic expectations, often demanding immediate results without proper planning or support. Communication from leadership can be dismissive and, at times, condescending, which further contributes to a lack of respect in the workplace. While ownership promotes the idea that the company is a “family,” the reality does not reflect that. Decisions often seem driven by convenience rather than integrity or accountability.
