      This WAS a great company to work with for many years. They HAD a great reputation. What happened?

      What happened to Kiel Mortgage? A year ago or so everything changed. The company brought in new management and since then they have lost so many valued employees including myself. Where is the Kiel Family? They seem to no longer be part of the company. The new management has not demonstrated the OLD values we all knew.

      Learned from some of the best around, I got to work with Laura Kiel who is very respected and a strong voice in the mortgage industry. Thankful for the opportunity to work with a hardworking, family like team before the Kiel's left Kiel Mortgage.

      Cons

      The management at what is now left of "Kiel Mortgage" is NOT someone you want to work for, they are not on your side. I feel bad for anyone who is currently employed there and for any future hires. I wish I could tell all to RUN. That is why I have chosen to leave this review. Do not waste your time and energy on a company who does not appreciate their employees hard work for the company. They will ask you to do the work of 3 people and not compensate for your time or efforts. Go to a company where you will be appreciated.
