Pros
Nothing as such, but perhaps you'll get to learn a lot of political tactics to survive considering that's the only thing that can save you there.
Cons
Here is my experience:
1. New Joinees: You need to keep nodding to what your Team Lead or Manager says. You have no say in front of them. And if you do say anything, they'll make your life a living hell.
2. You are constantly told to bring new ideas and improve work, but when you do present ideas, you are treated as a stranger and your seniors begin plotting against you fearing your skills.
3. Many seniors or so called team leaders have no skills for the jobs they have. And it disregards the very fact that they teach new comers.
4. Salary is very low: they pay peanuts for salaries literally.
5. Late stay in office is a daily routine. The moment you don't abide by that, the entire management begins planning to kick you out. You have to come on time or even early as told by your manager, but you'll go when they decide.
6. The quality of work is not as nice as they project.
7. The office culture is nothing less than dictatorship. It's highly reductive for those who want to be happy at their work places. Before I joined, there were already 2 resignations in my very team. And right after I left, there was one more.
8. Coffee cups are dirty always. And sanitary conditions are also bad. So, the place is not even hygienic.
