Easy to be hired on, incredibly laid back, not many mandatory meetings. The work itself is easy and doesn't demand much in terms of physical labor. Insurance is company paid, and the deductibles are low... Which is good because if you work here, you're poor.

Pay is awful, raises are very few and far between. I've been there for years and have only received a single raise of 0.25. There are no standards for anything, and the rules change constantly, sometimes back and forth. Management gets defensive over minor complaints. There is no training protocol, and new hires are left unprepared. Workflow and building layout is awful and organization of small loads is non-existent. There are double standards between shifts. Nothing in the break room or bathrooms is kept clean. Unfair holiday pay between 8 hour and 12 hour shifts. Every shift has to work every Friday. No sick days. Only able to earn two personal days each year. Vacation time only accrued after temp-to-hire, and the second week earned after 3 years. I've heard a third week of vacation can be earned after sinking in 15 years. I cannot validate this, and there is no orientation or information when hired. You're practically rewarded for being lazy. Very small company, no room to advance. Single location.

OMG the drama, backstabbing and chaos at this place is awful. Management is worthless. You cant trust anybody here. Nobody knows what they are doing and stuff changes daily without rime or reason. The two people that are running the place are two faced and are constantly lying to the employees. They always play favorites with the worst employees. They give the people who are always late or absent the same raises that they the give the good workers. Worst place I have ever worked.
