      Landmark is a great place to work! The culture is amazing and being part of the company's growth is exciting and ensures that as an individual you constantly have opportunities to develop and take on new responsibilities. Landmark places a lot of value on cultural fit in the hiring process to bring in enthusiastic and passionate team members.

      Cons

      If change and growth does not excite you and if you are not passionate about healthcare, then Landmark may not be the right place for you. Other than that there are no cons!

      Pros

      Great co-workers and flexible work environment allowing me to work on the top of my license to provide evidence based care to each patient.

      Cons

      rapidly grew (which is great) but was purchased by Optum which did not see RPHs as an integral part of the health team at Landmark
