Pros
I've come from a start up background, from a 14 person blockchain pre Series-A company to a 500+ person Series-E company, and a bunch of things in between. 1 thing that all start ups try to sell you is that they are very "open and collaborative," but that tends not to be the case. Leaflink is the first company that I've worked at, where "open and collaborative" has a true meaning, it's exciting to work here, I work cross functionally with all the teams, and everyone is here for the greater goal. All the teams are very helpful and supportive which makes my life/job a lot easier. Aside from the above, Leaflink is very much my second home, the culture here is great, and I'm excited to see where the company goes in the future, it makes me excited to get up and go to work in the morning.
Cons
When I joined, there was a lack of upper management on my team, it would have been helpful to have a bit of guidance for my particular position, when I first started. However, the company has made a huge effort in the last months to not only find someone to fill that void who I can learn from, but to have this same type of support across all team.
