Mangers revive free health insurance and a spending stipend for dining in the group, all employees are eligible for insurance and 401k over time, continuing beverage education is a priority for FOH staff.
Cons
Drinking culture is super toxic, overbearing management. Salary is awful for the amount of hours expected. Work life balance for managers is rough.
