Pros
I've worked at Loan By Phone for going on 8 months now. This company has been a blessing to me. The pay is reasonable, the hours are typical first shift hours. Depending on what department you work in, there is a lot of flexibility. I've been gifted with the best supervisors. The past couple of years have been really hard on me, and anytime that anything has came up, they have been there for me in any time of need, and have worked with my schedule to help me accommodate the needs of my family and to not have to worry about if i'll have a job to come back to. They really try to be a one team company, and they listen to their employees on how to provide us with a better environment. They give is lots of incentives, which helps a lot of us to work harder to win the prizes. All in all, this is the best company that I've ever worked for. And from the bottom of my heart, I thank them for every courtesy they have given me while I've worked here.
Cons
My only complaints would be communication when it comes to work procedures, but there has been lots of improvement and to be flexible with change. Though at the same time, change is sometimes good!
