Pros
The owner of the company cares very much about the employees and is a kind man. Patient care takes precedent over making money. As it should in Hospice care. Benefits are good.
Cons
Not really the company's fault, but there are too many hospices that have opened in the Atlanta area and it is difficult to get good managers. It has been awhile since I worked here and that may have resolved.
