Holiday rush can become hectic

Friendly team, easy going environment in head office. We could go for coffee or lunch when we wanted. I personally felt like my boss wanted me to excel and helped me improve. After two years I was able to move up in the company and start earning a commission. I learned a lot about the luxury market and how detailed the industry is. If you know a second language, it is a huge plus. The company does a lot of sponsored events and galas and I was invited to attend. Great for networking. Senior accountant was available full time to ask for advice or to help manage any medical coverage questions. Christmas bonus was nice!

If I wanted a raise, I would have to ask for it. Rules about using your cellphone on the sales floor.
