Pros

Easy drive. Covered smoking area. Not much good to say for a company steeped in religion.

Cons

My first month there we were forced to work overtime without pay which was against the law. Also, company advertised a free concert at lunch compliments of the OWNER. It turned out to be a sales pitch to get people to attend a Christian weekend festival. We were also asked to pray. Employees were pressured to attend. Had we opted out of this event we would have stuck out. Not a company where you want to voice your opinions or share ideas. If you are looking for a long term career steer clear of this company.

Pros

The work at Lumicor can be challenging, but in the best kind of way—it’s satisfying because your contributions actually make a difference. It’s a rare place where people at every level genuinely care about each other, from leadership throughout. Teamwork isn’t just talk here; collaboration, creativity, and mutual respect show up in the day-to-day. There’s real pride in the products we create, and it feels good to be part of a team that enjoys working together and strives to do meaningful work.

Cons

Communication between teams isn’t always seamless, and things can occasionally slip through the cracks. That said, people are usually open to feedback and willing to adjust when issues arise.
