I’ve been with Lung Health Institute over a year now and it is by far, the best place I’ve ever worked, for many reasons. The company culture is amazing, everyone is very collaborative and easy going which makes the open work environment very enjoyable. The work load is fast paced, but there is a positive work life balance. Upper management is very communicative to the entire organization and is very open to new ideas. Because it is a smaller/growing company, there’s a lot of different projects to touch, keeping learning constant and your knowledge base expanding. Being in health care, it’s enjoyable going into work every day, knowing what you’re doing is having a positive impact on helping patient’s lives.

Being in a growth phase, office space is very tight at the moment. Parking in downtown isn’t ideal either, due to the weather and time it takes to walk into the office.
