Pros
Hands on training from top consultants in the columbus area. Usually somewhat knowledgeable classmates in the boot camp. Most people get placed at nationwide.... as ruby automaton testers
Cons
You must agree to stay 2 years with the company or pay back money from training, $7,500 (every 6 months it's cut by 1875) Pay, you start off at 45k once you get placed on a assignment. Some can take weeks while others take months. Hopefully you have good interviewing skills. After a year you will be told you were nothing before they found you, shortly after they will give you a raise of 5-10k, if you haven't been bought out of your contract by the employer which they encourage against. You also will have no say in where you are placed until the end of the second year because your contract will be up. You will be scolded if you ask to be placed elsewhere. Don't make any assumptions on the languages or role you will be in because it's not up to you.
