ZERO training...your superiors do not give a sweet crap about you...its literally a figure it out on your own..and its 100% commission regardless that they LIE to you and tell you its a base plus commission...Just an overall pathetic..joke company
The leads they provide are in some cases 20 PLUS years old..no joke..making them basically irrelevant and beyond frustrating...
They make OUTRAGEOUS income claims to get people to work there...example..saying that one could take home 2500-3500 a week? With no education or prior experience in sales...Well, let me tell you..if that was TRULY the case..then word would quickly spread and there would be a lineup out the door of people wanting to work there..no?
Also, I have noooooo idea where all these good reviews are coming from here on glassdoor...They in NO WAY depict what its like to work here...in the North York (Toronto) office anyways.
They say in the interview..this is a direct quote "we usually don't do this, and I have to check with my boss, but I would love for you to get started tomorrow"
COMPLETE BS....They LITERALLY say the EXACT same thing to EVERYONE...If you walk..and talk..and you actually show up for the interview...then you will be offered the job...I seriously wish I was exaggerating even a bit.
Stay away...far far far far away from this "company"
And no, this is not someone who just had a "bad" day...this is someone with an education and work ethic rivaled by none who is calling this "company" as he see's it.
Office is disgusting...There isn't even any internet available to the employees...desk are literally falling apart at the seams.
