Pros
They have a beautiful building with a gym and nice employee amenities. They do some very fun events and often have food for the employees and snacks are always available. You have the potential to make a lot of money if you can start finding good deals.
Cons
Just about everything else, management was very strange with strange policies and sales culture. They only focus on cold calling, and the way they train is to have you act like an authority to muscle your way past gatekeepers. The reps are constantly stepping on each others toes and companies that say they aren't interested will continue to be called every few weeks. Almost every rep I knew was fired or quit, hardly a single rep has any significant success, it was the most stressful and unpleasant sales experience I have ever had.
