McKinnon Targeted Recruiters Response
9yFrom day one McKinnon Targeted Recruiters has always been careful to maintain a high level of professional ethics and business practices. Naturally we coach people to say things that please our customers. What company doesn't? That doesn't mean we lie to them or misrepresent anything. We have been fortunate to count some of Canada's most reputable companies among our clients for more than 20 years and we are told time and again, by senior and junior people, that we have a strong reputation for professional ethics and for delivering on our promises. This means everything to us!
At McKinnon Targeted Recruiters we try very, very hard to provide the training and support that will enable our associates to achieve success. In the end not everyone "gets it" and sometimes people become bitter when they fail to achieve the level of success that their colleagues enjoy. Occasionally you work with some people that are unwilling to accept responsibility for their lack of success and look for someone else to blame. If we failed to deliver on the promises we make to our employees, we would soon be out of business. The author of this review says that we negotiated him or her down. I have no recollection of this but if it has occurred then I'm sure that this individual must have achieved whatever it was that they were looking for in the negotiation, at the time. If the author of this review truly feels that we treated them unfairly, then I invite them to contact me to discuss the situation.
If any prospective clients are influenced by this unfair review then I will be happy to provide many references to prove otherwise.
Sincerely - Greg McKinnon, President, McKinnon Targeted Recruiters
