Pros
Decent wage, consistent hours (35 max). Near public transportation. It's great if you need a quick job in a pinch, but long term, it's not the greatest place to work. Very stress inducing place.
Cons
Expensive insurance offered (I paid $50 a week, single, no kids), little vacation, mandatory unpaid time off in July (one week, every year), poorly produced products sold, micromanaging owners, bad neighborhood
