Merchant Centric has given me opportunities to learn so much and make a huge jump in my career. Management is supportive and available, given that it is a smaller company, and it feels really rewarding to have your hard work be acknowledged by the leaders. Good benefits, good work-life balance, the Team dynamics are positive, and everyone seems to really care about each other. It also helps that we have a pretty cool product and some fun big-name Clients to work with.
Cons
The amount of work can sometimes be overwhelming, and we always seem to be a person down in every department. However, priorities get pushed so that we are not expected to work nights or weekends to catch up.
