Avoid - Anonymous employee Mesa Laboratories Employee Review

Mesa Labs only focuses on profits, with no respect for employees. Mesa has had a pattern of almost yearly layoffs. Management’s simplistic solution to a profit or sales down turn is to immediately cut cost and layoff employees. The headquarters facility in Lakewood, Colorado leaves a bit to be desired. As others have commented Mesa has a culture of nepotism with children and friends of senior management getting special treatment. If you want a long-term career with a company that cares about its employees this is not the place for you, go some place else.
