      You'll get to know a big group of people and it'll also help you to improve your communication skill through phone (tagalog).

      Cons

      Low salary, pressured at work, pressure from clients and the management. No benefits. It won't help you to excel, I'll recommend you to work in a international call center company so that, it will help you improve your english communication skill.
