1. High turnover rate appears to be a reoccurring pattern in the time I’ve worked here.
2. Work place culture felt very hostile and intimidating at times, creating an unhealthy and high stress environment.
3. Promotion and advancement opportunities appeared heavily influenced by favoritism not performance, effort, or evaluation.
4. Serious concerns regarding management were not consistently addressed, allowing unprofessional behavior to continue.
5. To my knowledge, repeated concerns regarding management have been raised by employees through corporate channels, raising concerns about accountability within leadership.
