Business Outlook
Pros
Great Company, strong (and growing) iconic Kiwi brand with stores that are locally owned and operated. Plenty of challenging work, really good culture and values, family feel with opportunities for flexible working. I work with a great bunch of people who I respect and enjoy spending time with. There's lots of opportunities and investment in development and training. Changes in senior leadership are positive so far.
Cons
Current building and parking less than ideal, but plans are underway to move to new premises. Volume of workload can cause pressure at times, lack of investment in systems is frustrating and top down communication is variable.
