Miu Miu is special in that you have a close working relationship between stores and with the corporate teams. Work-life balance is fair, considering this is retail. Benefits, holidays, and employee discount is competitive or slightly elevated for the industry. If you have a strong management background, you can flourish with this company.
Cons
Poor training and on-boarding experience. Lack of structure means you must be self-reliant and disciplined if you want to be successful here. This is not a company to start your retail career in and no one is going to hold your hand. The company at large is highly focused on operations and leaves very little room for meaningful discussions on driving business, clienteling, product knowledge, etc. Unyielding operational standards will consume most of your time if you do not make other aspects of the business a priority yourself. Very little support in terms of inspiring and motivating yourself and your team.
