- Classy customer base with reasonable expectations - Opportunity to teach children, teens or adults as preferred - Willing to train inexperienced teachers
Cons
The management has lied to me several times dating back 6 months ago when I started my application for the job. I never received the salary that I was told I would get. I didn't get paid for several of the "non-teaching" hours that they told me was mandatory. The bonuses for high performance and high rate of returning students was never paid. I think the management tells people whatever they want to hear until they start working, then you can't even get a hold of them to answer important questions. RIP OFF!!!
