While the payday loan industry has a poor reputation due to misinformation perpetuated by some consumer groups and by some people's misuse of the payday loan product (going from one lender to another and getting themselves trapped in a never ending cycle), Moneytree does business with the utmost of ethics and integrity, and provides an important & transparent service to the community. The customer service provided by Moneytree team members is beyond any I've seen elsewhere and we as employees are recognized and rewarded for giving great service. I also get great satisfaction from knowing how much this company gives to our communities through it's philanthropic efforts. The pay is fair, the work environment is pleasant and the benefits are fabulous!

It's frustrating to feel like you have to defend the payday lending industry to some people, even when you know you provide a valuable product and you work for a fabulous employer.
