Business Outlook
Pros
Constantly looking for ways to improve and maintain a higher level of apartment living. Great company to learn how to lease luxury apartments. Corporate office is very involved and it feels like a close knit, family type atmosphere.
Cons
Working within Flexspace gives very little leeway for personal preferences on the computer. Nothing major but it can get annoying. Some policies are set in place that don't really make sense in practice. A lot of expectations for interconnectivity are placed on leasing and managements teams however we have little time during our busy days to interact and post photos/blogs on the inter company site.
