My personal experience with my manager has been outstanding, and I truly enjoy being part of such a great team. Our 3/2 schedule also helps provide a healthy work–life balance, even within a fast-paced environment.

My only drawback is the commute to and from work, as I moved a bit farther away about a year into my position. However, the 3/2 schedule helps offset this by reducing the number of days I need to commute each week, which I really appreciate.
