Working at Music Tribe from home has its drawbacks, such as working long hours and dealing with time differences across nations; these are the two issues I observe. I understand that working long hours is not required by the company, but because employees are at home, they tend to do it gladly. Time differences between countries can also be a problem because you may need to contact someone for a project but they are not in your time zone, therefore you must wait for a response or schedule a time when you can chat or call each other.
