      Pros

      Flexible hours in the beginning. Fun teammates (the Content Team).

      Cons

      You get transferred to different positions with lower salary payscale. There's bullying (in the Outreach team). You have to write an unbelievable number of articles per week to earn money. For a 750-word article, you only get paid less than USD$4 for it 🤮 They fired the whole content team just because the company isn't receiving much orders.

      - Amazing teammates and team leaders - Good pay with moderate KPIs - No micromanaging - Flexible working hours

      Cons

      - Very late wages, beware - Since change in management, the company has become less transparent with its employees - Doesn't allow cross-training like it used to, giving only a handful of employees to gain more skills - Basically, stagnant career growth
