I was lucky to work in amazing team, not much besides this aspect I found good in the company

Starting from the first days, I was asked to bring my PC to work on it because the one they had for me was not yet delivered, I had to use all the time my phone because company never offered one, so we were forced to install an application so we could call to international numbers, but no one would pay for the fact I was using my own phone. I never received small things like notebook, pen, mouse to make my work place more convinient, all I had to buy it for on my own. Management, that is the whole diferent story, company had some great personalities, but in some cases I was wonder how they got there ? RPO is managed very poorly, micro managment, working in the fear and threat, short deadlines, limited access to sources but high expectations is on daily basis. During the time I was there, there was high attrition, that is a good indicator of the atmosphere of the company.
